To prevent the advancing of sea levels, large & heavy concrete blocks have been made. In addition embedded metal hooks is needed in the blocks body, in order to their relocation. Moreover around the barbs were made a little deeper than the other parts, as the barbs do not make any problem to do with fixing blocks. These spaces sometimes caused accumulation which leads to close them with sea moss.
My interest to photographed them, in addition to their beauty of color and form, was the hope that we can feel in them, and also the way that they can enliven all things we have known as a “block”.
برای جلوگیری از پیشروی سطح آب دریاها، از بتون بلوک‌های بزرگ و سنگینی می‌سازند که برای جابجایی آنها نیاز به نصب قلابهایی فلزی در بدنه‌ی بلوکهاست. برای اینکه این قلابها مزاحم چفت شدن بلوک‌ها بر روی هم نباشد، کمی اطراف قلابها را در قالب گود تر می‌گیرند که این چارگوش‌ها گاهی باعث جمع شدن آب دریا وسپس خزه بستن درونشان می‌شود.
بهانه‌ی عکاسی از آنها، علاوه بر زیبایی رنگ و فرم آنها، امیدیست که در آنها بود، در زندگی بخشیدن به همه‌ی آن چیزی که ما حتی سد می‌پنداریم.
